Change Management within firms can take on a vast variety of styles and contains different types of organisational actions. The desire for organisational change is usually related in one way or another to the target of developing performance and productivity. These conclusions can be achieved through different methods of organisational change. Some of these alternatives include progress, advancement or enhancement and development of skill; through shortening in staff or reorganisation; or through a mixture of these. The manner in which the transformation of an organisation is carried out is reliant almost entirely on the leadership style and the culture that are present in the company. This is one of the most essential reasons that leadership is crucial to the successful implementation of organisational change.
