Lose Weight While You Sleep is probably every dieters idea of heaven but is it possible? The answer is yes but you have to do a couple of things to ensure success. The first thing you must do is to stop eating carbs after 5pm. Carbs release energy very quickly and excess unused energy is converted to fat. So if you eat carbs late at night, you don’t get a chance to burn those calories and thus you put on weight. Eating them early in the evening will allow you a chance to burn them off thus not increasing the weight gain when sleeping.

Getting plenty of sleep also reduces our stress levels which can help us lose pounds quicker.
