Does the airforce need more fire rescue?

This is the mos i want to be in but i was told they can assign you to whatever they want unless you sign a contract with your recruiter.

If you do not get fire rescue (or whatever you want)…DO NOT sign a contract..it is that simple. It is a volunteer military.

  3. In the AF it is AFSC not MOS, but the only way to be sure if the AF needs that AFSC right now is to speak with a recruiter. Do not sign open anything unless you are ok with that. If you want a specific AFSC and nothing else, don’t sign unless it is in your contract. If it is available and you qual for it there is no good reason for it not to be in your contract.

  4. that job is one of the most scarce in the af. it could be along time until you get out of dep with that job. good luck
