What’s a good name for fire station dog? We just got a dog that is named "Sparky," but none of us really like the name. I thought maybe I could throw out some ideas. Ranger/Smoky = no can do. Our Ranger died in January, and they had a Smoky a long time ago.
Yes, it’s a dalmatian. We DON’T like Sparky….and Spot? That’s stating the obvious. We need a good, strong name.
Ember? Hoser? Chief? Ashes? Cinder? Tanker? Blaze? Ummm… I’m trying to come up with something that could be fire station related! Is this dog male? Female? Is he/she a Dalmatian?
Here’s a link that will take you to a list of dog names if you need some more ideas! Hope this helps! :o) Take care!

Phoenix could be kind of cool. A phoenix is a mythical bird that rises from the ashes.

You guys could name him "Rookie" since he’s the newest member in the station.

Hmm.
Hydro.
Pyro.
Blaze.
Or you could always give it a name (depending on the gender) of retired Firefigthers from your station.

Taking the origin of Dalmatians "They were used as dogs of war, guarding the borders of Dalmatia and Croatia" he is also ur companion in battling fires, u can opt for warrior-like names:

Thor- Norse god of war.
Lewie - german & french fame & war
Ares - greek god of war
Kimball- Celtic origin war leader
