I wonder why people ...
I wonder why people arnt pulling over. If i saw an unusual vehicle behind me with a blue light, im dam sure not going to pull over unless i know its a police vehicle. Volunteers should have red or red and white response lights to respond with so people will not be confused and think that someone is trying to falsely pull them over. I have a lot of family in PA where a lot of responders still use blue lights. It seems to confuse most a lot of people.

I am on a volunteer ...
I am on a volunteer dept. in a little town in Ohio, and we are allowed to use red/white with siren. they say you have to have at least one amber light facing the rear as a caution light but they are not that strict. and we are allowed 10 mph over the speed limit and can pretty much put as many lights on your car you ever wanted to. we have a bunch of back roads and "S" turns so the lights do help and people respect them where i am from.
