are there fire trucks with a forward facing cab at bothe ends, so they can be driven both ways?
I saw one last week in Ssouth Carolina and wanted to know more about it.
Yes there are fire trucks that have two cabs. They are designed for use in tunnels.

I’ve briefly seen the truck you’re talking about in SC, I did not get a chance to look at it but I think that is either some sort of demonstrator that American LaFrance has built to show off different cabs or a tunnel fire engine.
a few years ago american-lafrance experimented with this idea and ended up in file 13. not practical cost-wise
