  9. NFPA isnt a law. …
    NFPA isnt a law. its only guidlines that you can follow. they recommend what you should do, and its up to the departments to decide to follow it. example, chicago using the 3/4 coats and pull-up boots. that was OSHA not NFPA.

    thats cool how one of the roadlights was about to turn red then it turned green. i was a voulunteer fire fighter now im a fire fighter i carried a dead little girl once it was so sad she died of smoke inhalation.

    i hate that feeling. weve waited up to 10 minutes for a driver on the 2nd due or 3rd due piece before. it sucks.

    BFD469 under NFPA laws when an apperatus is in motion responding to a call your suppose to have at least one siren going at all times. but ya also what u said is true aswell, just keep in mind that when going over 60 mph the fedral has no use because ur traveling faster than the sound comming out of the fedral.

    this was a volly Station…..there was probably no one at the station. They probably had no one with EVOC training so they were waiting on a driver.
