the fire truck dirver needs to be written up as well. I work FD and EMS. You should run 10-18 traffic until you are at the scene. The cop however should have realized that a BIG RED FIRE TRUCK WITH LIGHTS was behind him. Not hard to miss a fire truck.

Caops aren’t idiots …
Caops aren’t idiots. Sometimes their intentions aren’t the best. They are trained to get there and block traffic and control the scene. The fire truck has one mission to do that being get there and put the fire out. Too bad the police car driver got alittle confused and blocked out the truck. The Grovers[air horns] and the Q [motorized siren] got his or her attention!!

While I agree that the officer had his window-licker helmet on, the driver of the tower appears to have been going a little too fast while approaching the scene. By the time this happened, in my opinion, the tower should have already been slowing down due to the other vehicles in the vicinity.
