How to talk to a fireman on sims 3?

I want to have a pyromaniac baby so hoow can I talk and befriend a fireman? I have a woman sims 3 and I live in the town sunset valley. Where is the fire department located also.

There is no building for the fire department in Sunset Valley, but firemen will come to the house if:
A. There is an actual fire and a smoke alarm goes off
B. You direct a Sim to call one using the "Call for Services" option on the phone and then selecting Fire Department.

The Pyromaniac trait is not passed down 100% of the time- the baby may also inherit the Fireproof trait or neither of the two.

Have you played Sims 2? It’s the same way. You can find a firefighter and just talk to him by clicking on him.

OR…. Ctr. + Shift. + C and type: "enableTestingcheats true", then Shift + Click your mailbox. Click on "Force NPC… Fireman" Talk to him then
