Top Link Building Mistakes that Marketers Make

One nasty kind of mistake that you won’t notice immediately is putting your link on a page that won’t be spidered. For example, everything can be just right in terms of link quality, anchor text, and ‘follow’ attribute. But it does not get seen by the search engines, so it will not count at all. Does this confuse you? This happens a lot with link exchange deals whereby you’ll put up the other site’s link but they don’t reciprocate on their end. The links that Google isn’t able to index are the ones that are placed either on dynamic pages, or on pages that aren’t indexed by Google because they have commands in their code to stop them. This is why it’s necessary to keep checking from time to time if the web pages where your links are placed are being crawled by the spiders. Backlink building takes effort and time. So it matters to be sure from the start of im eye. Doing the same mistakes repeatedly will make it nearly impossible to fix.
